Notes: This is a high price for the farm. Note that Oliver Perry graduated in June and got married to Mary Emily on June 30th—and his family called him “Perry.” He is listed in this family in July because the form specifically states to include all family members living here as of June 1st—so Mary Emily should have been enumerated with hers. I don’t know where Mary Elizabeth (22) and Julia (21) are—they didn’t get married until 1871 and 1872. Marion is Francis Marion and is a boy. Margaret will have one more child, Robert Cranston, born in 1871 (a total of 14, 12 still living); Oliver Perry Hay's first-born child William Perry is also born next year in 1871!
