Notes: I believe only Oliver Perry and Anna Numsatt are mentioned as renting, as they are the two heads, and they in turn rent out to lodgers (room only) or boarders (room and board). World War 1 hasnít started yet (1914-1918), but there is a War Department. Robert, married last December, is living with his in-laws. The family moved back to DC from NY in 1907; Oliver was one of the founding fathers of the invertebrate department at the Carnegie Museum in D. C. No idea how long they lived at this residence.
